Brunch!! Happening. Don't Snooze..

We've been working towards re-opening on the weekends and the time has finally come!  We're starting with Sundays 11-3pm, and combined with our new beer & wine license, that means mimosas, bloody marys, and lots of hollandaise.....with PLENTY's twist on it all.

Below is a few items we're offering for our brunch service. 


Brunch is Dine-in Only.  No to-go orders until we get into the swing of things.

Maccha Waffles & Fried Chicken

House-made Belgian Waffles with ceremonial maccha topped with sesame-honey fried chicken and whipped European-style butter.  Option for spicy with gochujang.

Your choice of:

Cold smoked salmon, Bacon, SPAM, Chicken apple sausage, Spicy Korean Beef, Veggie mix, and much more...

Topped with poached eggs, fried capers, yuzu hollandaise sauce, daikon sprouts.

Japanese Sochu, house tomato mix, dill pickled okra, house-made habanero hot sauce, celery stalk...add bacon and shrimp.


Pomegranate, fresh-squeezed tangerine, and introducing Q-Soo all-natural probiotic flavors.


Victoria lager, house clamato mix, poached shrimp, cucumbers, limes, pickled serrano chili.
