Summer time is here, and we've made some changes to our menu to reflect the beautiful,sunny weather.
Below is a few items we're offering for our brunch service.

Maccha Waffles & Fried Chicken
House-made Belgian Waffles with ceremonial maccha topped with sesame-honey fried chicken and whipped European-style butter. Option for spicy with gochujang.
Your choice of:
House-made Beef Brisket, Cold smoked salmon, Bacon, Chicken basil sausage, veggie mix, and much more...
Topped with poached eggs and yuzu hollandaise sauce.
Unagi Eel Bowl
Fire roasted eel with our house peanut sauce, pickled daikon, avocado, cucumbers, sesame seeds, and kimchi, all over brown rice.
Ginger-Miso Peach Salad
Organic white peach, mixed greens, kale, romaine, tossed with a light ginger-miso dressing, and topped with watercress, toasted sunflower, pumpkin seeds, pecans, almonds, and cinnamon.
Japanese Sochu, house tomato mix, dill pickled okra, house-made habanero hot sauce...add bacon!
Pomegranate, tangerine, and mango.
Victoria lager, house clamato mix, poached shrimp, cucumbers, limes, pickled serrano chili.
Grapefruit Chuhai (Greyhound)
Freshly juiced grapefruit with sochu.
