The Concept
Plenty+ is an upper-end prix fixe menu only available on Saturdays and Sundays. It’s still very casual like how Plenty is because we want the cost to be focused on the food, hopefully giving everybody the chance to try an upscale menu. Each week, the menu will be different because Chef Uchida only uses products that are in season - for produce and proteins. For example, we had Kan-buri (yellowtail) on the menu. It's a seasonal yellowtail only available during the winter in the cold waters of Japan, so naturally the fish is fattier, giving it a completely different taste and texture.
The Setup
For now, we will not be taking reservations. Dine-in only. We will continue to serve guests until 4 pm or when we run out of food. We are preparing for about 25 guests each day. We're not offering substitutions at this time.
